Erasmus+ KA2 StarWomen project: final preparations for the Closing Conference

In recent days, an online meeting was held among the partners of the European Erasmus+ KA2 “StarWomen –Simulation Training for Women” project (2023-1-IT02-KA220-ADU-000161080), focused on finalizing Work Package 3 – Methodologies for Women. The meeting allowed partners to define practical methodologies and support materials designed to foster the personal and professional growth of women.

In particular, our Spanish agency Tribeka, a partner in the project contributed, by developing stress management content, including training materials and multimedia resources. Practical exercises introduced include mindfulness techniques such as conscious breathing, body scan, and simple daily presence exercises, aimed at helping participants recognize and manage stress while strengthening resilience and well-being.

During the meeting, the partners agreed on the key points of the agenda and organizational details for the project’s final conference, which will take place on September 19 in Rijeka, Croatia. This event will be an important opportunity to present the results achieved, share best practices, and discuss the methodologies developed.

The invitation is open to both trainers and women who wish to enrich their personal and professional journey. Participation will also be possible remotely through the dedicated online platform. In addition, courses, video lessons, and in-depth materials will be presented.

The StarWomen project thus approaches its conclusion with an event that aims not only to review accomplishments but also to inspire a forward-looking perspective, providing useful and sustainable tools for the future of the women involved.
