“Insight – Independence – Initiative” Project Concludes, Delivering Key Resources for Entrepreneurial Skills in VET

As it reaches its conclusion at the end of this month, the Erasmus+ project “Insight – Independence – Initiative: Transversal Entrepreneurship Skills Training Project” (No. 2023-2-PL01-KA210-VET-000181496) is successfully completing its mission to innovate how entrepreneurial skills are taught within the Vocational Education and Training (VET) system.

The core mission of the project was to enhance the development, validation, and recognition of essential transversal entrepreneurial skills. To achieve this, the initiative operationalized the European Competence Framework (EntreComp) by creating a universal and integrated methodological approach. This effort culminated in the development of the “3I Model,” built on three key competence areas: Insight, Independence, and Initiative.

The project’s main intellectual outputs include a comprehensive Transversal Entrepreneurial Skills Competence Model and a detailed 3I Model Methodological Guide for Transversal Entrepreneurship Skills Development. Together, these resources provide a robust framework designed to equip students and aspiring entrepreneurs with the practical and adaptable skills needed to succeed in today’s landscape.

Although the project is concluding, its innovative approach and findings offer lasting value to the VET community. For more detailed information about the project’s methodology, objectives, and partners, including our Bulgarian agency ETN Business Lab, the official website remains an excellent resource for consultation at: https://www.insight-independence-initiative.eu/.
