Erasmus+ KA2 DiTwin project showcases Industry 4.0 in vocational education through three new videos

In relation to the Erasmus+ KA2 DiTwin project, of which our Irish agency Training Vision is a partner, three videos are available that highlight the practical outcomes and educational impact of its work in integrating Industry 4.0 technologies into vocational education and training (VET).

The videos aim to communicate the results achieved by the consortium and to demonstrate how digital transformation can enhance learning experiences across technical disciplines. Through concrete examples and testimonials, the series captures the collaborative effort between academic institutions, technology partners, and training centres that lies at the heart of the DiTwin initiative.

By presenting real applications of digital twins, automation, and connected systems in vocational contexts, the videos underscore the project’s central objective: to bridge the gap between education and industry, ensuring that future professionals are equipped with the skills required in an increasingly digitalised and intelligent manufacturing environment.

The production of these materials also serves an important dissemination role. They provide a clear and accessible overview of how DiTwin’s tools and methodologies can be implemented to modernise teaching practices and curricula within the VET sector.

The video series is available on the official DiTwin YouTube Channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCgBIK7CyTYBJKcKB21LMYyA). You are all invited to watch and share the content to help promote innovative approaches to vocational training in the era of Industry 4.0.
