After months of collaboration, innovation and international cooperation, the ManageMob project is entering its final stage, marking the successful completion of a shared European effort to modernise mobility management through digital innovation.
A key contributor throughout the project has been our Portuguese agency, Pessoa Academy, whose expertise and active participation have played an important role in the development, testing and dissemination of the project’s results alongside the other consortium partners.
The project’s final Transnational Project Meeting took place on 24–25 June in Gothenburg, Sweden, hosted by the project coordinator Klarav. Representatives from all partner organisations gathered to review the project’s achievements, validate the final results and coordinate the last dissemination activities before the official closure of the project.
During the meeting, partners assessed the overall impact of ManageMob and confirmed the quality of the educational and digital resources developed throughout the project. The consortium also agreed on the final quality assurance procedures and discussed strategies to ensure the sustainability and long-term exploitation of the project’s outcomes.
One of ManageMob’s most significant achievements is its digital mobility management platform, designed to simplify and optimise the administration of international mobility projects. By replacing traditional paper-based procedures with fully digital workflows, the platform enables organisations to reduce administrative burdens while promoting environmentally sustainable practices. This paperless approach improves communication, streamlines document management and provides easier access to information for coordinators, learners and partner institutions.
The final version of the platform incorporates the latest technological improvements, delivering a modern, intuitive and flexible solution that responds to the evolving needs of vocational education, international mobility and lifelong learning.
Throughout the project, the consortium demonstrated how European cooperation can generate practical and innovative solutions. Partners combined their complementary expertise to address common challenges, creating tools that are easily transferable across different educational systems and organisational contexts. In particular, Pessoa Academy actively supported the dissemination and validation of the project’s outputs, helping to extend ManageMob’s impact among educational institutions and mobility stakeholders in Portugal and beyond.
As the project approaches its official conclusion in the coming months, dissemination activities will continue to ensure that the platform and its educational resources reach vocational education providers, mobility coordinators, trainers and other stakeholders across Europe.
ManageMob leaves behind more than an innovative digital platform. It represents a successful example of European cooperation, demonstrating how digital transformation and sustainability can go hand in hand to improve the management of international learning mobility.
The consortium extends its sincere thanks to all partner organisations, educators, mobility professionals and stakeholders who contributed to the success of this Erasmus+ initiative. Their commitment, collaboration and shared vision have transformed an ambitious idea into practical solutions that will continue supporting international mobility well beyond the project’s lifetime.
